I heard from American friend of this hotel have branches all over the Europe. So for some time I always introduce my boss ,friends cum stay there for trip . Last time before one week I was changed my minds completely . <br />I wanna say what is the fuck hotel I stay , me the stupid person if stay there next time !!<br />Business center that is too amazing for me . They can refused customer print the paper.<br />The first time ,the PC can not work so that only can change another PC then again didnt work .... So at that time that staff asked me the UBS but I real havent ... I strange why basis on the 5star hotel no UBS , the PC all broke off .... and the staff no kind help only suggested customer go to other place for printing . <br />The first time I met this situation . Can not happen in the hotel whichfive star and foreign group management . That piss me off , What is the service and training ????!!! Wanna me train the staff???!!!! The end should I teach her go borrow the USB , or go find IT solve the PC problem. No Position can make the money only stay in the office and chatting on line and do the stupid , bad way with customers . <br />If the hotel only can hire these staffs, I am sure the business will down .....<br /><br />Pls talk with the hotel improve the education of the staff and pls hire the real smart , kind ,strong ability staff ...... Hope I can change my mind in them and quite sure I will cancel all of the booking there .
