I got to the tombs by paying 80 RMB for a taxi trip. No one else was there when I was. The museum has a nice display of painted tiles that can be photographed, as no photos are allowed in the cave. The painted tiles in each of the cave's three rooms have a different focus. They are simple but amazing. It's a bit out of the city, but it's worth the trip and doesn't take much time.

慕名而去但是不让进，大大的遗憾。我每到一个城市，都要去名校去看看，自己年轻时没有上过大学，能进校园看看聊补遗憾。近些年我进过北大、厦门大学、中山大学等20多所大学，只有清华大学、西藏大学、和兰州大学吃了闭门羹。

The grounds of the grad school are absolutely lovely, another testament to China's superior green thumb and garden design. The campus has trails that lead to what feel like secret study/make-out spots, as well as multiple water features that provide nice relaxing places to read a book or soak up some sun. The cafeterias are pretty bad, though, so I advise walking to any of the numerous restaurants outside campus. And the street venders outside the gates in the morning sling the best breakfast food I had in all of China. 3-6 RMB gets you a nice Chinese pancake loaded with noodles, veggies, etc. Every Friday night, starting around 7-ish (but busier later in the evening) the university hosts English Quarter at the main fountain. It is actually a city-wide event, promoted by the local government encouraging Chinese students and residents alike to practice their English speaking skills with native English speakers. I definitely recommend going to this if you can, because it provides a truly enriching cultural experience. I had fascinating and engaging conversations with professors, businessmen, government officials, grad students, PhD candidates, researchers, middle schoolers, and local residents, on topics ranging from international relations to Mao and pop culture. It was truly the best experience during my stay in Lanzhou.

香山景区正门的两大棵枫树，我想说，被我这么一调，好一种繁花似锦的感觉，有毛线的秋意啊。。 秋天里大片的红黄色系，或者种种丰富杂乱的色彩，我完全不会调，顾得了主色就不能言它，好无解好挫败。。今年这秋景拍得，哎。。

香山景区最高的是望京楼，实际是一个巡山观测站，但是这卖面条，炒菜，饮料等，关键还养兔子种菜，高端！

今天去了香山景区，碧云寺给我留下了极深极好的印象，没有什么商业气氛，游客也不多，古迹很美，好多好多萤火虫，比南京灵谷寺多得多，说明生态很好，对吗@寻萤者付新华

香山景区的木屋和房车,感觉不错,住得也比较舒适,可以吃到海浪声,风声,及鸟鸣.....

卦台山如一巨龙从群峦中探出头来，翠拥庙阁，渭水环流，钟灵毓秀，气象不凡。登临卦台山顶，俯瞰三阳川，人们不难发现，古老的渭河从东向西弯曲成一个“S”形，把椭圆形的三阳川盆地一分为二，画成了一个天然的太极图。
