Not much there but you can have a nice conversation with the older man responsible for the place.Most of what was in the tombs is now in the Museum.

There is nothing to see in this place, the mummies are all gone to the meseum either in beijing or urumqi. You will pay to go down a hole in the ground

Just 3 tombs to go into. Not a lot really except for lots of steps and a body in the third one. My husband liked it, I didn't.

Firstly the entrance of the site has a classic pagoda style gate - stylistically incongruous to the site. Secondly, paying another 40Y to see a couple of dusty tombs...just doesn't cut it. Disappointing.

All the good stuff from here is in urumqi museum and only 3 tombs open. But there are a couple of interesting wall paintings and a very old couple of mummies.

there are three under ground tombs that you can see, One as two mummies (unwrapped) and the other two have painting on the walls. You cannot take any pictures, so it is not worth the visit, as there are better around.

这个水上乐园挺好玩的，感觉像在人间仙境似得，附近的景色特别漂亮，空气清新。还可以娱乐休闲，感觉特别的放松，玩的很开心啊。

这里长眠着伊斯兰白山派首领阿帕尔霍加，墓室的球形圆顶直径17米，没有梁柱，很惊奇，墓穴拱起，有点怪怕人的。陵墓很恢弘，旁边还有百姓的万人墓。这里更有名的称呼是“香妃墓”。市区坐7、20路公交，下车要步行一公里。

Dieser Friedhof gehört zu den schönsten und eigenwilligsten, die ich kenne (und ich kenne viele...). Das liegt an der eigenwilligen uigurischen Machart von Gräbern, die überwiegend aus Adobeziegeln mit Lehmputz bestehen, recht systematisch in Reih und Glied angeordnet sowie auch gut instand gehalten sind. Sie wirken auf Westler recht exotisch (stellenweise fast schon ein bißchen erotisch) und man fragt sich, ob die beiden grundlegend unterschiedlich geformten Grabtypen geschlechtsspezifisch zuzuordnen sind, wie es auf vielen muslimischen Friedhöfen typisch ist. Wenn dem so wäre, dann wäre die Zuordnung auch ohne viel Phantasie einfach... Viel faszinierender sind aber die klaren Strukturen und ihre systematische Anordnung selber, und auch das ist überraschend, denn üblicherweise geht die Grabordnung auf muslimischen Freidhöfen eher chaotisch zu. Blumen, Farben und Inschriften findet man aber auch hier selten; stattdessen herrscht ein einfarbiger, gepflegter Lehmstrohputz bei Weitem vor. Aber gerade das macht den eigentlichen Reiz dieses Ortes aus, an dem sich Leute mit Vorlieben für Fotos klarer Linien und Kurven in Ruhe austoben können. Grandios!
